Do you offer fence removal and perform repairs on existing fences? Yes, we can remove and discard existing fences and make repairs, as well.
How do I work with my HOA to get my fence approved? Don't worry, we've got you covered. We'll fill out all of the necessary paperwork for you to provide to your HOA.
Do I need a permit for my fence?
Sussex County does require a permit for fence construction but we can take care of that for you; we will provide you with your permit from Sussex County. Any additional permits must be obtained by the homeowner.

Am I responsible for contacting utility companies to mark my property? We will contact Miss Utility to have all of your public utilities marked, approximately one week prior to your install. Please note, it is the homeowners' responsibility to have all private utilities, such as irrigation, marked, including irrigation lines, electrical wiring and sprinkler heads.
How do I know if there is an easement? Many HOA communities have easements and will not allow you to install your fence on your property line. They are usually between 3' to 5' but you can contact your HOA to find out.
